Laksa Sarawak



Materials for Madison:
Sarawak laksa paste 1 packet (600g)
2 liters of water
500ml coconut milk from a coconut
1 cup shrimp without skin
1 teaspoon salt and a bit of flavor enhancer
1/2 teaspoon sugar

Methods of preparing laksa gravy:
Heat 2 liters of water and Sarawak laksa paste and boil for half an hour-45 minutes.
Strain spices cooked laksa last
Laksa gravy cooked the filtered back, put some fresh shrimp (remaining blanched) and add the coconut milk and seasoning
Let the mix simmer for a while and think .. if you want to defrost some sauce can add some more water ...
Remove from heat when it is mixed ... the gravy is ready for use ... (heat before taken out into the bowl)
